Upon the vehicle being purchased a non refundable 10% deposit is to be placed via bank transfer within 48 hours. We will then take care of booking the shipping and carrying out all the needed export paperwork. The buyer then has until 14 days of the shipping date to pay the remaining balance, either by bank transfer or placing it into an Escrow account. If escrow is selected then an additional 2.4% is added on for up to $50,000 and 1.9% for over, due to the necessary fees.

The price of the vehicle is going to depend on where in the world it is getting shipped out to, meaning each quote given will need to be slightly different. We do it this way to ensure that the price the customer gets is accurate based on their location.

For vehicles leaving the UK included in the price of the car is premium shipping with insurance and all export fees covered over this side, with you just needing to pay for collection from the docks, registration and local import fees. For the vehicles coming from other countries such as Japan or USA over to the UK included in the price is shipping, and all import fees, with you just needing to pay the registration fee, so that you can be the first UK owner.

Import fees for the cars going from the UK-USA are 2.5% and are payable once the car arrives in country, so for example a $25,000 car would have an import fee of $625. For cars going to other locations and for other vehicles the import fees will differ and can be explained for the buyer.

This will greatly depend upon where the vehicles are coming from and where their final destination is. For vehicles going from USA-UK shipping time is around 3-4 weeks, and going from Japan-UK is around 2 months. Just let us know where the vehicle is going to and we'll let you know what the estimated arrival time would be.
